The Women's Roma Network in Bosnia and Herzegovina "Success", is continuously working on the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Networks Plan on Promoting Roma Activism and Participation in Political and Public Life. An analysis of what has been done so far has been the occasion to hold a three-day meeting, which was completed by a regular meeting of the Network, where activities were defined by the end of this year.

Through the long struggle for integration into society and the reduction of discrimination, less importance was devoted to Roma language, tradition and culture. 

Some of the activities of the Network are actively working to increase Roma participation in the implementation of Action Plans, Roma Women's Political Participation, Active Participation of Roma Women in Policy Making, Strategy and Law, Implementation of Prevention of Human Trafficking in BiH with Special Accent to Working with Risk Groups and promotion of Roma culture, tradition and history of Roma in order to reduce prejudices and stereotypes towards Roma especially towards Roma.
