Pointing out the efforts and shortcomings in B&H policies related to the integration of Roma men and women, the Roma women's network "Uspjeh „  has developed a Platform for Improving the Rights and Position of Roma Women as mechanisms for advocating effective practices for recognizing, monitoring and preventing various forms of discrimination against Roma women. The recommendations of  Roma women's organizations are:

 Recommendation 2.

Strengthening the Department for Minorities in the BiH Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees and the Agency for Gender Equality to process complaints from Roma men and women and their associations and coordinate victim support activities and identify discrimination schemes, including institutional and hidden discrimination.
