At its 116th session, held on 26.09.2017, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the Agreement on Cooperation between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and non-governmental organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina (hereinafter: the Agreement). Conclusion of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the above-mentioned session, the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina is in charge of organizing the formal signing of the Agreement.By adopting the Agreement, activities are continuing to create a positive environment for the development of civil society in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the improvement of institutional cooperation mechanisms.This agreement seeks to create the necessary political framework for strengthening the participatory democracy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which corresponds to the requirements of the European Union and the needs of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the transparent creation and implementation of public policies within the competence of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
