The first women's Roma network in Bosnia and Herzegovina was formed at the initiative of the Women's Roma Association "Better Future" in Tuzla with the aim of improving the social status of the Roma national minority in Bosnia and Herzegovina with emphasis on Roma women in the fields of education, employment, housing, health and social protection. in line with the Strategy for Resolving Roma Issues adopted by the Council of Ministers of BiH in July 2005.
From the time of its founding with the support of various Donors and foundations, it supports women's Roma network in strengthening the capacity of network members, and through launching initiatives, lobbying activities and advocacy with the aim of increasing Roma participation in public and political life.
