Initiative to involve Roma women in the work of the Roma Committee at the Council of Ministers of BiH with the support of the Agency for Gender Equality in BiH and the Parliamentary Commission for Gender Equality. 4 Roma women involved in the work of the committee at the Council of Ministers of BiH, was appointed for the first time by the Chair of the Committee, the representative of the Women's Roma Network "Success" of BiH. Through this project, a coalition with 6 Roma and 4 non-governmental civil society organizations has been established, "Gender Equality Analysis in Admission and Work of the Council of National Minorities of BiH, National Minorities Council of FBiH and National Minorities Council of Republika Srpska. Activities of lobbying and advocacy activities and promotion of gender-sensitive national action plans for Roma through joint activities of the coalition and monitoring of their implementation. Five inter-sectoral commissions have been set up to prevent the abandonment of Roma children from primary education with accent on Roma girls in Tuzla, Gradačac, Lukavac, Srebrenik and Živinice. In total, more than 5,000 direct and more than 11,000 indirect users participated in project activities.

Through the educated workshops in the field of business plan making, 31 Roma women receive social loans for the development of their own business ideas in the field of trade, livestock, agriculture and greenhouse production. A portion of the social loan amounting to 20% was returned to the Roma community and economically assisted by 300 Roma women, thus improving their social status.
